- Initiate creative CRM tools to enhance the effectiveness of membership privileges program
- Monitor, evaluate and improve privileges program systematically to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Actively monitor customer sales volume and profitability level in order to deliver relevant member privileges effectively
- Ensure that marketing communications align with and enhance product positioning and brand image
- Manage or supervise other project or operations as requested to support customer satisfaction and loyalty
Specification
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
- 3-5 years experience in CRM or a customer service function
- Good strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify key driver for customer loyalty development and improvement
- Good team player and proactive person with creative thinking
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and strong sense of accountability
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Computer Literacy and English proficiency
